Grizz Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 11th, 2025
Last Updated: November 11th, 2025
1. Overview
Grizz is a Discord utility and management bot with a connected web dashboard for authorized Discord users to manage server features. By installing, accessing, or using Grizz or the dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Grizz.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age of digital consent in your country and comply with Discord's Terms of Service. Server owners or administrators who invite Grizz represent that they have authority to manage their Discord servers.
3. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Grizz and the dashboard in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute Grizz without permission.
- Use Grizz to violate Discord's Terms or Community Guidelines.
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse Grizz APIs.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Grizz offers free and paid features. Payments are processed by Stripe. Grizz does not store card details.
- Subscriptions are per guild and renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel through the dashboard or the Stripe customer portal.
- Refunds follow Stripe's policies and applicable law.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of content in your Discord servers. Grizz stores only the data needed to operate features. When an administrator enables modules that require it, Grizz may process and store server messages and server content, including edits, deletions, attachments, embeds, and moderation evidence, solely for the enabled module's functionality such as logging, audit logging, or moderation review. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for configurations and content submitted through the dashboard or commands.
6. Service Availability and Changes
Grizz is provided as is without guarantees of uptime or performance. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features or the service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grizz and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or server configuration, or for outages caused by third parties such as Discord. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
8. Termination
You may remove Grizz from your guild at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Discord's policies.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
